How long is the processing time?

Our regular processing time is 2-4 business days depending on our stock levels, but we always make sure to process your order as soon as possible!

Global Free shipping: US/CA - 10-18 business days AU/NZ - 15-25 business days EU - 10-15 business days DHL (Additonal fee) US/CA - 3-7 business days AU/NZ - 3-9 business days EU - 3-7 business days Please note that delays due to customs control, holidays, and other such reasons are out of our control. What is your refund policy?

All of us are different and some items might be too loose or too tight on you, but we want you to be 100% satisfied! If an item won't fit you, we will gladly exchange the item free of charge for a better fit. Same applies if the item is damaged. Get in touch with us to arrange the exchange.

With materials that are soft to the touch and luxurious when worn, you may find yourself riding longer than intended as an excuse to stay kitted-up.

Close all zips and fasteners and turn the garment inside out to avoid fasteners rubbing on other clothing in the machine and to protect logos and prints.
Hand or machine wash on a lukewarm cycle (max. 40°C / 104°F)
If possible, wash your cycling gear separately to avoid rubbing on abrasive clothing such as denim.
Use a small amount of liquid detergent and avoid powder detergents or any products that contain fabric softeners, stain removers or bleach as they may affect garment performance.
Hang dry on a hanger or dry flat outdoors to prolong the life of the fabrics and chamois. Avoid tumble drying if possible. Do not iron.
