At STEEP, we are committed to providing top-quality cycling apparel and outstanding customer satisfaction. Our Cyclist-Friendly Refund Policy has been designed with you, the cyclist, in mind - ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Here's what you can expect:

  1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you haven't received your product within 30 business days, simply contact us to request a refund, no questions asked!

  2. Perfect Fit Promise: Should you receive your order and find it doesn't fit quite right, get in touch with us within 30 business days of your purchase. We'll promptly send you a replacement in the correct size, absolutely free!

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Sometimes, refunds can take a while to appear in your account. Credit card companies and banks may require up to 8 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your balance. If you've already initiated the refund process with us and it's been more than 8 business days without the refund appearing, please contact us at support@steepcycling.com.

Gifts

For items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, we'll issue a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the original buyer.
