WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE STEEPCYCLING?

  • With thousands of physical and online cycling shops around the world, we knew that we would have to bring game-changing products and service to make our mark and satisfy the high standards of cyclists everywhere. Because cycling is an intensely demanding sport, every rider eventually dials in their needs to the point that they can only do with the best. SteepCycling aims to provide cyclists with the personalised service theyʼve come to expect from their favorite brick- and-mortar shop and second-to-none cycling gear shipped for free worldwide.

 

SHIPPING

  • As part of SteepCyclingʼs mission to provide first-rate service to our customers, we provide free shipping to anywhere in the world, regardless of the amount purchased.
    The vast majority of cycling shops charge exorbitant shipping rates or provide free shipping only if customers purchase a minimum dollar value of products. At SteepCycling, we believe that getting top-quality products in the hands of customers worldwide is the priority, and because of that, we stand by our pledge to keep shipping free!

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The standard order processing time is 2–5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the expected delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 10–17 business days
  • Everywhere else: 20–30 business days

We would like to point on though that even though these are our approximates, we always and we mean always try to deliver your order as soon as possible!

Please note that delays due to customs control, holidays, and other such reasons are out of our control. We can not be held liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays in your country, extra fees incurred by customs, back-end charges incurred.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

  • All of your orders will get a tracking a number once it has been shipped out. Please do use the contact form if you donʼt receive your tracking number, but it should be automatically attached once the parcel has left the destination country
    After your order is shipped, you will be automatically updated with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please donʼt hesitate to use the contact form, at which point we will send update you with your tracking details.

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

  • After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification which includes a tracking number within. You can use this tracking number to follow your orderʼs progress and location. If you do not receive an e-mail with your order details and tracking number within 2–5 business days after you have placed your order, please contact us and we will update you right away.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PROVIDED INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?

  • We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item is shipped out (within 24 hours), we are not responsible for the lost package.

If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, please e- mail us at support@steepcycling.com as soon as possible after you have placed your order.

 

GUARANTEED RETURNS POLICY

SteepCycling ensures customer satisfaction by having a progressive returns and exchanges policy in place.

If you have received your order but decided that youʼll need a refund or an exchange, we have two solutions for you:

  1. Contact us with your request for a refund within 30 business days of your purchase and we will refund you no questions asked

  2. If you receive your order and it doesnʼt fit, contact us within 30 business days of your purchase and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Rather than have you send the original order back to us, we ask that you donate the item to a charity or aspiring cyclist in the spirit of inspiring and enabling a new generation of cyclists.

Our returns policy is that simple!
