Refund Policy

GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY

SteepCycling offers a hassle-free, progressive return policy that guarantees customer satisfaction. The STEEP Cycling return policy is simple – either you receive your order and are satisfied, or, if you are not, you can opt for one of two options:

  1. Contact us with your request for a refund within 30 business days if you haven't received your product and we will provide a refund no questions asked!
  2. If you receive your order and it doesn't fit, contact us within 30 business days of your purchase and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Rather than have you send the original order back to us, we ask that you donate the item to a charity or aspiring cyclist in the spirit of inspiring and enabling a new generation of cyclists

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havenʼt received a refund yet but have already initiated the process with us, please note that some credit card companies and banks can take up to 8 business days to reflect the refund in your balance.

If 8 business days have passed and there is still no refund reflected in your balance, please contact us at support@steepcycling.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, youʼll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasnʼt marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver as they are the original buyer.
